Privacy Policy for Cleancy / Clean Nature Last updated: April 29, 2026 This plain-text version summarizes how the Clean Nature mobile app processes personal data. It applies to the mobile app and the backend APIs used by the app. 1. Data we collect - Account data: nickname, email address, encrypted password, optional full name, and optional avatar. - Social sign-in data: if you use Google, Apple, or VK sign-in or account linking, we process the identifiers and account data returned by that provider. This may include provider user ID, email address, full name, avatar, and verification tokens. - User-generated content: pollution reports, cleanup confirmations, uploaded photos, comments, chat messages, moderation status, verification status, and timestamps. - Location data: coordinates that you choose or confirm for reports and cleanup records, readable location names derived from those coordinates, and optional GPS metadata read from selected photos when you grant the required permission. - Notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging token, platform, and language used to deliver service notifications. - Local on-device data: auth token, profile fields, linked provider IDs, push token, and temporary VK auth session data. 2. How we use data We use data to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, support optional social sign-in, publish and moderate reports, verify cleanup confirmations, operate the in-app chat, send transactional emails and push notifications, display maps and readable location names, prevent abuse, and maintain community history and in-app coins. 3. Visibility and public media Reports, cleanup confirmations, nicknames, avatars, comments, and related media may be visible to other users or administrators depending on the feature and moderation state. Uploaded report images, cleanup images, and avatars are currently stored with publicly readable Google Cloud Storage object URLs, so you should not upload sensitive material. 4. Third-party services The current app uses Google Cloud Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google, Apple, VK, geocode.maps.co, platform map services, and Gmail-based email delivery for core service functions. We do not sell personal data. The current app is not configured for cross-app tracking or advertising SDKs. 5. Retention and deletion The current deletion flow anonymizes the account, replaces identifying values with technical deleted values, clears push tokens, removes the avatar, and marks the account as deleted. Existing reports, cleanup confirmations, chat history, and moderation records may remain with deleted or anonymized references so the service can preserve community history and moderation trails. 6. Your choices and contact You can edit profile fields inside the app and control permissions such as location, camera, photo library, media-location, and notifications in your device settings. Questions about privacy or deletion can be sent to info@clean-nature.org.
